Our history and experience

The team’s roots at 5S Invest go back to 2006, when Rafał Gójski (Partner at 5S Invest) and Wojciech Bogusławski (President of the Management Board of 5S Invest) began operating in the real-estate market.

Two years later, in 2008, they entered Poland’s condohotel sector, acting as intermediaries for the largest companies in the field. In 2011, in cooperation with Lions House, they actively participated in preparing and delivering development projects such as Wyspa Spichrzów in Gdańsk, Osada Śnieżka in the mountains near Jelenia Góra, and city hotels in Warsaw and Kraków.

In subsequent years, from 2015 onward, they were involved in financing, sales, and structuring key hotel projects in Poland, including Blue Mountain Resort, Platinum Mountain Resort, Green Mountain Resort, Crystal Mountain Resort, Elements Hotel & SPA, and Forest Park.

Since 2018, the 5S Invest team has also delivered its own development projects, including the Five Seasons One, Two and Three complex in Szklarska Poręba. In parallel, throughout its operations the company has actively secured bank and non-bank financing for projects and invested in its own properties, which it then manages.

To date, the 5S Invest team has handled sales in over 30 projects, prepared more than 20 developments with a combined value exceeding PLN 3 billion, and sold over 4,000 apartments.

Thanks to long-standing cooperation with financial institutions, the company has secured over PLN 200 million for development purposes. This experience and market knowledge make 5S Invest one of the most trusted partners in Poland for condohotel and aparthotel investments.
