Rafał Urbanik, President of the Kocham Góry Group, has over 11 years of experience in the development, operation and sales of condo investment apartments. He began his involvement in the sector with Blue Mountain Resort in 2015. In the following years, the Group developed Five Seasons and Elements Hotel & SPA, followed by Forest Park, which opened in January 2025.
The company continues to expand its portfolio. In 2026, the Bellevue city hotel in Jelenia Góra is scheduled to open, while the Group has simultaneously begun construction of a new development in Szklarska Poręba.
